Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Ede South, Osun State. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day-to-day duties: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
