Meat trimmer wanted in Ideato North

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ideato North, Imo State. On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 5+ years on the tools preferred.
