Counter butcher • Amroha, Uttar Pradesh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideally you have food hygiene / HACCP certificate; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
