Formwork carpenter • Ijumu, Kogi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Ijumu, Kogi State. You will work at a shopfitting company. Your main tasks: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
