Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Saline County, Kansas. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. You will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; write and edit G-code programs at the control. You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
