Dishwasher — Isoko North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Isoko North, Delta State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Pay around ₦220,000 per month, based on your experience.
