Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Day to day you will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; measure up and work out paint and material quantities.
