Garment machinist wanted in Odeda

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment machinist in Odeda, Ogun State. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Day to day you will trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
