Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Tureta, Sokoto State. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
