Dishwashing attendant wanted in Soreng

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Soreng, Sikkim. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. We are looking for punctual, reliable and hard-working; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; able to stand on your feet for long shifts. Part-time with flexible hours.
