Tandoor cook — Hamilton County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Hamilton County, Indiana. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
