Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Peterborough, England. The job is at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer £14 per hour plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
