Confectioner wanted in Iron County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Iron County, Utah. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
