On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly.
