Pastry baker — Fayette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Fayette County, Georgia. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
