Dough maker wanted in Glascock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Glascock County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
