Powder coating technician • Waller County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Waller County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
