Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Archer County, Texas. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
