Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 6+ years on the tools preferred.
