D6/D8 dozer operator wanted in Askira-Uba

Now hiring: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Askira-Uba, Borno State. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. Your main tasks: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
