Dough maker • Shagamu, Ogun State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Shagamu, Ogun State. You will work at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
