D6/D8 dozer operator — Ika North East

Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Ika North East, Delta State. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
