Kitchen porter — Isokan

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Isokan, Osun State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
