Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ezeagu, Enugu State. You will be based at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends.
