Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Overtime paid at a premium rate.
