Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Delaware County, Iowa. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. The role involves clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
