Pipe tig welder wanted in Kamrup

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Kamrup, Assam. You will be based at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Ideally you have able to pass a practical weld test on the first day; sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
