Grill cook wanted in Wayne County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
