Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
