We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Frederick County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Full-time with occasional weekends.
