Urgent requirement: dough maker (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Lee County, Kentucky. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer $170 per day plus benefits.
