Ladle pourer • Wrexham, Wales

We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Wrexham, Wales. The job is on the moulding line. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Basic grinding and fettling skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer £2,350 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
