You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
