Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Sublette County, Wyoming. You will work in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 5+ years on the tools preferred.
