Butcher wanted in Ohaukwu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Ohaukwu, Ebonyi State. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
