Bar waiter — Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a bar waiter in Union County, Oregon. The job is at a beach resort. The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
