Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Part-time with flexible hours.
