The role involves: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Rotating shifts.
