You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
