Deboner wanted in DeWitt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in DeWitt County, Texas. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
