Vertical milling machine operator • Franklin County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Franklin County, Ohio. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. You will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Part-time with flexible hours.
