Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Gangtok, Sikkim. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left We are looking for basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service.
