Excavator operator • Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. The role involves: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
