Laundry presser — Obafemi Owode

Join our team: we are hiring a laundry presser in Obafemi Owode, Ogun State. You will work in a garment export house. Your main tasks: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
