Bench joiner — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bench joiner in Henry County, Illinois. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Your main tasks: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists Requirements: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $11,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
