Dough maker wanted in Thomas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Thomas County, Nebraska. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
