Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Kaga, Borno State. You will work at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦275,000 per month, based on your experience.
