Great opportunity: kitchen steward (Cross River State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Etung, Cross River State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around ₦80,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
