Finishing presser wanted in Lancaster County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finishing presser in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a busy laundry. Day-to-day duties: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
