Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Maricopa County, Arizona. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Your main tasks: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
